We provide a free Recall Check of all appliances including water heaters and furnaces
Recall Checks are provided by recallcheck.com free of charge for our clients. All appliances are inspected and checked with the recall check database to see if anything is subject to a recall at the time of the inspection. When a manufacturer issues a recall, they are obligated to repair the item free of charge. You will also be kept up-to-date of any future recalls by email, possibly saving you hundreds on unnecessary repairs!
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing.
Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort.
This, I promise you.
