We will travel the entire state of Maine. (A mileage surcharge may apply.)

A Basic water test consists of Coliform bacteria and eColi. An advanced water test consists of Coliform bacteria, eColi, Nitrate-N, Nitrite-N and pH. A Comprehensive Water test consists of Coliform bacteria, eColi, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Chloride, Arsenic, Hardness, Nitrite-N, Nitrate-N, and pH.
Multi-Unit Inspections
Square Footage Price + $125 per unit
(example: A 4 unit building at 1950 square feet would be $425 plus $125 per unit (x4) for a total of $925. Sewer scans/Septic Inspections and Water Testing will be priced at the current “with inspection” pricing.
